About the position

As a sales-oriented customer service representative, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful sales. You will receive incoming calls and assist customers through engaged service and upselling, creating well-tailored solutions for the customer's needs.

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet the customer's needs with professionalism and commitment

  • Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships

  • Work with administrative tasks such as email, chat, and case management

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Proficient with computers

  • Completed high school education

  • Working hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
