JOB DESCRIPTION

The Labor Market and Adult Education is now seeking a security coordinator!

You will be part of one of our support departments and the unit for IT, administration, and internal services. Here you will work closely with colleagues who deal with facility management, IT, and administrative issues. Together, the unit's mission is to work for long-term and sustainable security and safety for employees in IT, document management, information security, physical security, and crisis preparedness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operationally driving the development of the administration's information security work
• Contributing to the development of the administration's crisis plans and civil preparedness
• Providing support in security issues
• Developing and supporting the administration's systematic fire protection work (SBA)
• Representing the administration in city-wide contexts

The role requires you to work strategically as well as operationally and administratively. It is important that you stay updated in your field and monitor the latest developments. This way, you can see what the administration needs to prioritize going forward, for example regarding increased threats and the work with NIS2.

As a security coordinator, you will lead and conduct risk and vulnerability analyses, lead the work with continuity plans, make impact assessments, and conduct training within your areas of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should have at least a completed YH education in the field of security and a B driver's license. You should have experience in translating strategies, legal requirements, and governing documents into operational work. Additionally, you should have experience in fire safety and risk management, as well as documented experience in conducting risk and vulnerability analyses.

Experience in working with information security and driving that type of development and security work is also a requirement.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of and experience in conducting risk and vulnerability analyses within information security work. Knowledge of NIS2 is also considered advantageous.

We believe that you are meticulous, focused, and follow up on your work to ensure it maintains a high quality. You need to work well with others and understand the common mission.

You should be able to see your work as part of a larger context and understand how it affects and is affected by other parts of the organization. You collaborate with others on overarching issues to create value.
