About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Vallentuna. We are seeking someone who wants to work nights, 22 hours a week (approximately 55%).
We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute as needed. In the long term, there is a chance for a permanent position of about 70%.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (waiting time of 2 hours during the night)
The start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see that you can start training immediately.
About the client
The client is a man in his 65s with an interest in planting and crossword puzzles. He also enjoys watching football. The person needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to MS and stroke. Wheelchair and ceiling lift are involved.
The tasks are as follows:
- Assist with daily routines such as household chores
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Assist with mobility

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. You are an empathetic person and have an easy time understanding other people's life situations. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.
Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant
- Non-smoker (the client cannot tolerate smoke)
Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
