About the position

As a support technician for one of our well-known clients, you will be an important part of user support. You will often be the first point of contact for users with IT-related questions, making your role crucial in ensuring a smooth and professional support experience. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, case management, administration in Active Directory, and support for various Microsoft applications.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

We would like you to have

- Previous experience working in a service desk or technical customer service

- Excellent skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

- Good knowledge of Windows 10 and basic troubleshooting of computers

- Experience with Active Directory administration

- Familiarity with working with Microsoft 365 applications

- Ability to document clearly and structured

- Knowledge of ITIL processes (meriting)
