As a receptionist at Hotell Funäsdalen, you are the first person our guests meet, and your demeanor sets the tone for their entire stay. Here, you assist guests at the hotel, hostel, and apartments with check-ins and check-outs, making reservations, and providing tips and information about the area. You are also responsible for keeping the lobby tidy and selling kiosk items and Skipass.

We are looking for someone who: Views interaction with guests as your primary task and enjoys working in a flexible and solution-oriented team. The reception team and the cleaning team work closely together and have daily dialogue about planning and priorities. If necessary, we help each other with cleaning. We expect you to have good computer skills and be able to communicate well in writing and speaking in both Swedish and English. Experience in reception work or other guest contact is an advantage.

The position is 75% from the end of November to mid-April.
