We are looking for someone who wants to work as an administrator by helping our customers, both Swedish and foreign, to receive payment for their outstanding receivables. The position is split 50/50 between Hojab abroad and Hojab invoice service, which means a great variety and development within the role. The position is a temporary contract running until December 2026.
About the role In this role, you will be part of a team of 5 people, who together work with cases/invoices that are both within and outside Sweden's borders. You will independently be responsible for our clients' cross-border cases. This means that you will have ongoing contacts with our clients, representatives, and partners in Sweden and abroad, as well as debtors both in and outside Sweden. You will work in various international case platforms, as well as in our in-house developed systems, and it is very important to have a good structure and order in your cases, as there may be many handled simultaneously.

We also see that you are unpretentious and have an easy time collaborating with customers, partners, as well as your colleagues. Since it can sometimes be a fast-paced environment, we see that you have a good ability to handle these situations well and are confident in your role. You are also responsible for your work and understand the importance of doing it carefully. You also have:
- Experience from a similar role or equivalent work experience
- Very good computer skills and the ability to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Good understanding of finance
- Ability to communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
