We are currently looking for a service-oriented and positive receptionist for a service-oriented IT company in Nacka Strand. Are you social, enjoy providing great service, and thrive in a role with a lot of contact with people? Then this is the job for you!

What does the role entail?

As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world. You welcome visitors, handle mail and deliveries, order office supplies, assist with meetings and conferences, and ensure that the office runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has worked in service
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Is service-oriented, responsible, and unpretentious
• Has computer skills and a high school education
