About the assignment

Our client works to ensure that patients, healthcare, and veterinary care have access to safe and effective products and that they are used appropriately and effectively. The vision is to be a leading force in collaboration for better health. We are now looking for a digital communicator for the communications function where you work to create clear, relevant, and reliable communication for our target groups. Their external communication targets, among others, patients, consumers, life science companies, the pharmacy sector, and healthcare.

This places high demands on our visual expression and our digital communication – and this is where you come in. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to ensuring that our communication maintains high quality, both graphically and in content.

This is a full-time consulting assignment via us at Bemannia for 6 months with a desired start in mid-February/beginning of March 2026, with a possibility to extend the period by 3 months.

Your tasks

As a graphic designer, you are our expert in design and layout. You are responsible for developing visual concepts and producing materials for both digital and physical channels, such as: Posters, Roll-ups, and exhibition materials as well as newspaper ads.

You work both independently and in teams and serve as an advisory support in matters concerning our graphic profile and visual expression. As a web editor, you handle simpler editorial tasks, where you, among other things:

• Monitor, respond to, and follow up on cases for the web editorial team

• Work with publishing content on our external website and intranet

• Support the organization in developing web-adapted texts.

You are part of an editorial team and collaborate closely with colleagues within the communications function. The collaboration also extends into the rest of the organization.

Your qualifications

• Post-secondary education in graphic design, digital communication, or other education that we assess as equivalent

• Experience as a client and requirement setter towards external suppliers, such as designers and communication agencies

• Experience in producing physical/analog communication units, such as posters, exhibition materials, and magazines

• Experience in web publishing, search engine optimization, and CMS tools

• Documented good knowledge of written Swedish – with a sense for tone and language

• Experience in producing digital materials in relevant production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of image law, such as GDPR and copyright

• Basic knowledge of the Accessibility Act for digital public services
