As a receptionist at Aqua Dental Täby, you will become part of a skilled team and work at a modern clinic in Täby Centrum. Here, a wide range of treatments is offered, from general dentistry to cosmetic and specialist dental care. At the clinic, you will work closely with your colleagues, where you will receive support in your daily work as well as in your professional development. In this role, you have the opportunity to influence your workday while delivering high-quality dental care to our patients and contributing to the development of Swedish dental care together with your colleagues at Aqua Dental. To thrive in this role, we believe you have an efficient working style combined with humility towards patients and your colleagues.
In this role, you will have shared responsibility for the clinic's reception. You will be the first person our patients meet when they call or come into the clinic. There, you play the important role of ensuring that the reception is of the highest quality. You will also be involved in creating efficient appointment schedules for the practitioners, handling invoices and payments, calling patients, and ensuring together with your colleagues that the patient flow is characterized by the highest quality and service.
This position is a full-time role with a start date to be agreed upon.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in a service role
Is passionate about always providing the highest quality service
Has a good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Is flexible with working hours
Is accommodating and communicative.
