About the role

As a group leader, your primary task is to coach and work in daily care together with the team. This means you are a role model for your employees and through your strong commitment, you create a good working environment in the group every day. You will work during the day, weekends, and evenings. You will work 80% in care and 20% administrative.

  • Close leadership: The role exists in our organization to ensure close leadership and provide support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your workgroup and are involved in developing and quality-assuring the operations in accordance with Vardaga's concept. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several group leader colleagues with whom you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences.
  • Participation: As a group leader, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.

About Villa Råsunda

In the heart of Solna lies Villa Råsunda. We have 72 bright and modern apartments spread over 5 floors. The places are for individuals aged 50 and older with a mental disability.

Our staff has special expertise regarding mental disabilities. We work with a focus on freedom, responsibility, and influence for the individual. We design support and activities according to each individual's wishes and conditions.

  • Activity responsible: We work systematically with activities and have an activity responsible person who develops and carries out meaningful activities with our residents.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a trained nursing assistant, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish. Experience in elderly care and leadership is an advantage for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
