Noga Omsorg is now looking for dedicated and caring staff to join our home care team in Täby for weekends. Are you interested in making a difference in other people's lives by providing high-quality care? Then this job is for you!

As part of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks within home care on weekends. Your main responsibilities include:

• Personal care and assistance with hygiene
• Cooking and meal assistance
• Shopping
• Light cleaning and laundry
• Psycho-social support and companionship

To be successful in this role, we prefer that you have:

• Experience in care and support, especially home care
• Certified nursing assistant education
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license (B)
• Empathetic ability and a genuine interest in helping others

We offer fixed weekends every other week. Working hours are daytime on Saturdays and Sundays every other weekend. The employment is permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
