We at Sprio are now looking for new customer service representatives for various assignments at Teleperformance located in Solna, Stockholm.

As a customer service representative, you will:

• Deliver high-quality customer service with patience & understanding for the customer
• Register, log, and solve customers' problems during ongoing calls
• Handle software, tools, and use computer & phone as your primary working tools

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded and puts the customer in focus
• Enjoys customer contact over the phone
• Is willing to learn and develop
• Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Has a complete high school diploma
• Can work full-time

The positions are 80-100% and you will work varying hours scheduled within customer service's opening hours, including weekends. A background check will be conducted prior to employment. 

Please note that this is a permanent position – not suitable for those planning to start or resume studies in the fall.
