About the role of Account Executive
In the role of Account Executive, you will be a central part of the sales organization with the aim of growing Avy's business! Your responsibilities include managing the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing. You will primarily work to identify new customer collaborations and focus on both smaller and enterprise companies within the real estate industry. Your customers are located throughout Sweden, which means travel days when required. You will be part of a smaller sales team and report directly to the company's CEO and founder.

You will be based in the Stockholm office and work closely with other colleagues within the organization, becoming part of a company with a strong forward momentum and a team characterized by ambition and entrepreneurship.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be a central part of the sales organization with the aim of growing Avy's business!
  • Identify new customer collaborations and manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Act as an advisor and consultative partner to provide each customer with the best possible solution.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the sales organization and other internal teams, including marketing and development, to continuously improve and develop Avy's offerings.


About you
To succeed in the role of Account Executive, you have previous work experience in commercial roles where you have driven sales from start to finish. You likely have prior experience from SaaS companies where you have worked with relationship-building B2B sales. You have good system skills and are curious about Avy's platform and the real estate industry. Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish and English, with additional Nordic language skills considered a plus. You have a B driver's license and the ability to travel when required by the position.

As a person, you are a relationship-building and communicative individual who gains energy from meeting customers. You take responsibility, build strong relationships, and have a solution-oriented approach. Your curiosity drives you to find new opportunities, and you have a genuine commitment to developing and nurturing customer relationships. Furthermore, you are an unpretentious team player who thrives in a forward-leaning company.

Important for the position:

  • Previous work experience in a commercial role with sales from start to finish and are used to engaging in dialogue with managers and decision-makers at higher levels.
  • Previous experience in solution and/or product sales, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Good system skills and curiosity about Avy's platform and the real estate industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • B driver's license and the ability to travel when required by the position.


Meritorious:

  • Post-secondary relevant education in business development, economics, account management, or education that can be deemed equivalent.
  • Other language skills in Nordic languages, preferably Danish.
