About the role:
As a corporate salesperson at iSales, you start your workday by reviewing the day's goals, then you will talk to business owners in Sweden's business sector and offer subscriptions for some of Sweden's largest brands in the telecommunications industry, such as Telia. You will work with both existing and new customers via phone. You are responsible for understanding customers' needs and offering solutions that create value for them. Your workdays are a mix of sales, coaching, and fun sales competitions. As a salesperson at iSales, you work from 09:45 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
Who are you? You thrive best in a fast-paced work environment where positive energy and joy go hand in hand with strong sales results. You are communicative, have the ability to express yourself, and are a good listener to the customer's questions/objections. Personality-wise, you are driven and goal-oriented, always keeping focus and being organized. This leads you to deliver quality in your work and handle stressful situations calmly and steadily. Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is a requirement, experience in B2B is meritorious.
- Fluent Swedish in spoken and written form.
- Experience in sales within the telecommunications industry is meritorious.
