We are currently seeking an experienced and business-driven Account Manager on behalf of our client for an exciting and developing role!
About the position

The client is located in bright and central premises, with working hours Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. The position offers a fixed monthly salary and a favorable commission model that rewards good results.
Responsibilities:
As an Account Manager, you have a clear business responsibility to develop existing customers and identify new opportunities in the market. The role combines strategy and sales, where you actively work to create added value in every customer dialogue. Your tasks include, among others:
- Being responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and follow-up
- Driving the development of customer relationships and business opportunities within your segment
- Identifying customer needs and designing tailored solutions
- Working proactively with market and competition analysis
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure quality and delivery
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a proven background in sales and who is comfortable in advisory dialogues with customers. You are used to working towards ambitious goals, following up results, and finding new ways forward. Experience in B2B sales or working in a consultative role is highly meritorious. To succeed in the role, we would like you to:
- Have at least one year of experience in sales
- Have an understanding of business strategy, market development, and customer value
- Work in a structured manner and have analytical skills in the sales process
- Be trustworthy and skilled at building long-term collaborations
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
