About the role & team
The B2B department mainly focuses on companies that own multiple properties, such as real estate companies, large industries, and municipalities, and it is with these segments that you will work.
Your future manager Andreas started at Svea Solar in 2021 and has now developed into the B2B Sales Team Manager. He wants to welcome you already:

Your responsibilities:
Initial prospecting for new customers, followed by the continuous management of your accounts
Project planning, sizing, and calculation of bids with support from installation managers, electricians, and project engineers
Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements and build relationships with key stakeholders

Are we a match?We are looking for someone who…
Has experience in B2B sales with excellent results (experience in solar energy or battery sales is a plus)
Can demonstrate excellent sales results from a previous role
Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Is goal-oriented, structured, and meticulous and gains energy from interacting with customers and colleagues
Puts the customer's best interests first, presenting solutions in a pedagogical and attentive manner, and is a star at building long-term customer relationships
Education in economics or engineering is a plus
