Security Specialist Part-Time in Stockholm

We are now looking for a security specialist for a part-time position (0-20 hours/week) in Stockholm at the Security Unit for operational and strategic work with procurement security.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in procurement security and a good overall understanding of the purchasing process, with an interest in developing the security-related part of the process, creating guiding documents and methodological support in the area, as well as handling operational matters.

You will take on the role of security specialist within procurement security and work alongside other security specialists with expertise in different areas. In this role, you will drive your areas of responsibility forward towards the goal of creating clarity, predictability, quality, and efficiency in the processes. The work primarily involves collaboration with other organizational units within the authority, as well as external collaboration, particularly in the preparedness sector Economic security. This means you will prioritize, organize, and lead the refinement of processes within your area of responsibility, as well as operational handling such as writing specific security protection assessments and formulating security requirements for suppliers. Company visits may also occur.

Education and Experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • at least 3 years of experience working with purchasing/purchasing processes
  • at least 3 years of experience working with security-protected procurement, operationally and strategically
  • at least 5 years of experience working in a government agency
  • experience in independently developing/writing guiding documents
  • experience in conducting process mapping
  • knowledge of the Swedish Pensions Agency's operations
  • relevant academic education or equivalent experience deemed comparable by the employer
  • very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

The authority's operations are conducted at eight operational offices located in Växjö, Halmstad, Karlstad, Luleå, Visby, Gävle, Söderhamn, and Stockholm. Therefore, video and phone meetings are a common part of everyday life, and travel may also occur.

The position may be classified in a security class.
