Our sales organization consists of about 60 Power Shifters, and now we are looking to grow even more. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the entire sales process and the full product range towards our customers.

You are offered

A secure base salary + unlimited bonus – target salary of 65k, and the best in the team earn 100k per month.

As an Inside Sales Representative:

  • You have the freedom to independently prospect and drive your sales towards private individuals, with support from the team when needed.
  • You offer your customers solutions in production, storage, and energy optimization of clean energy.
  • You have full responsibility for the entire customer journey – from first contact to signed agreement, where you control the process based on your sales strategies and methods.
  • Contact with customers typically occurs via phone, email, and to some extent video calls.

This role will make you an expert in the entire sales process - from needs analysis and handling objections to educating your customers about the best solution for them.

Additional information

  • Start date for the role: By agreement.
  • Location: With a view of the water at Alviks Strand.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 9-18. All salespeople work full-time from the office to promote a high results focus and #DoItTogether.
