We are now looking for an experienced buyer for a role in technical procurement and call-offs. This role is suitable for you if you have experience in tendering, call-offs against existing contracts, and supplier dialogue in an operation with high demands on structure, commercial awareness, and collaboration.

About the Assignment

You will work with call-offs against existing contracts, negotiate prices and delivery times with suppliers, and handle inquiries and quotation work. The role also includes order management, follow-up of order confirmations, and feedback on deviations to relevant stakeholders.

A large part of the assignment involves call-offs from framework agreements and tendering of contractors within areas such as earthworks and infrastructure, electricity, and mechanics. Part of the work also includes call-offs and competitive tendering of technical consultants.

You will work closely with purchasing colleagues in a team where the division of labor is based on needs within different technical areas and categories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct call-offs against existing contracts
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms with suppliers
• Handle inquiries and quotation work
• Update prices, delivery times, and minimum orders in the VMS system
• Responsible for order management as well as collection and registration of order confirmations
• Follow up on deviations and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
• Work on tendering of contractors within technical disciplines
• Support call-offs and competitive tendering of technical consultants

Requirements for the Assignment

Essential Requirements

• Experience in purchasing, call-offs, and tendering in technical-related areas
• Experience working with AB04, ABK09, and ABT06
• Experience in supplier negotiation and order management
• Experience working in procurement and follow-up systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from the energy sector
• Experience with e-Procurement (e-Avrop)
• Experience in purchasing within contracting, electricity, mechanics, or infrastructure
