We are a driving school… Yes, it might sound like a standard receptionist role. But it’s far from ordinary with us!

We are now looking for a receptionist for our flagship school on Lindhagensplan in Stockholm. Here, you will become an important part of the team and the first person our students meet – both in the reception, on the phone, and through our digital channels. You are the face of the school and play a major role in creating an experience that makes our customers feel welcome from the very first contact.

Although your main workplace is Lindhagensplan, you will also assist with simpler administrative and customer-related matters for our other driving schools across Sweden. This makes the role both varied and developmental.

• Is engaged, positive, and likes a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong administrative skills and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Is a quick learner when it comes to technology and feels comfortable working in various digital systems.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Contributes energy, joy, and a positive atmosphere to the team every day.

Among other things, you will:

• Welcome and assist students who visit the school.
• Answer questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Book driving lessons, courses, and help students plan their education.
• Work with sales of our courses and packages.
• Handle the daily administration at the school.
• Provide assistance with simpler administrative and customer-related matters for our driving schools around Sweden.
• Collaborate closely with driving instructors and colleagues to give our customers the best possible experience.

• The position is 80% and a permanent employment with a six-month probation period.
