About the Order Receiver Role
As an Order Receiver, you will become a central part of the daily operations, responsible for receiving and handling incoming orders from both private individuals and companies, ranging from small projects to large construction contracts. The role involves significant customer contact via phone and email, where you guide customers through the entire ordering process.

In this role, you plan and coordinate resources together with customers and internal functions to ensure deliveries are carried out according to customer wishes. You also provide technical advice and help customers choose the right product based on their needs. You will receive a thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues to gradually build your product and industry knowledge. It is a varied role with many touchpoints, both internally and externally, where you combine service, coordination, and technical sales.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receive and handle incoming orders via phone and email
• Plan and coordinate deliveries together with internal functions
• Work in several business and order systems to ensure efficient processes
• Provide technical advice and recommend the right concrete solution based on customer needs
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional handling and sales

About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced role where you can combine customer contact, problem-solving, and sales. You are service-oriented, structured, and have an easy time building trust with others. You enjoy collaborating, are curious, and are motivated by finding solutions in a workday with many touchpoints.

Since the role involves both technical advice and sales, we see that you have a technical interest and enjoy diving into new products and ways of working. You do not need to be a concrete expert from the start; the most important thing is that you appreciate a combination of technology, service, and sales. If you possess the personal qualities we are looking for and a willingness to learn, you have good prerequisites for success in the role.

Important for the role:

• You are driven and responsible, and relationship-building in your interactions
• You are flexible, customer-oriented, and have good collaboration skills
• You have good computer skills
• You have fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious for the role:

• Experience in technical customer service, order receiving, and/or sales
• Experience from the concrete, construction, or civil engineering industry
• Experience in technical sales
• Experience with SAP or similar business systems
• Education in concrete, for example, Concrete Class 1 or 2, or concrete engineer
