In this role, you will respond to incoming inquiries via phone and chat, assisting customers with everything from technical issues to practical questions about payments, deliveries, or similar. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how customer service works and develop – you will, of course, receive paid training at the beginning of the position. 

We believe that you:

• Are curious, communicative, and enjoy finding solutions
• Have a complete high school diploma
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Experience in the service industry is a plus

On behalf of Teleperformance, we are now looking for customer service representatives for several different assignments. The positions are 80-100% and working hours vary depending on the assignment's opening hours. During the recruitment process, we will match your profile with one of our assignments, with a planned start date in August.

Please note that this is a permanent position – not suitable for those planning to start or resume studies this fall.
