About the role:

As a customer service representative at The Place To B, you are often the first impression customers receive and a crucial part of their experience. You will handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, and work closely with colleagues in purchasing, sales, and marketing. This position is suitable for you who enjoy helping others, are confident in communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing customer support via email, phone, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and product information
• Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries and following up on cases
• Ensuring stock status and assortment
• Collaborating with the purchasing and sales team to ensure smooth processes
• Identifying areas for improvement in routines and contributing with administrative tasks as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in customer service.
• Has good computer skills.
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and has a professional demeanor.
• Has a natural sense of structure, accuracy, and responsibility.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in case management systems or ERP (e.g., Microsoft Business Central).
• Multilingual (e.g., Danish and Finnish)
