We are looking for an administrator to join our team at Omtanken Frölunda Torg

Omtanken Frölunda Torg is Omtanken's largest unit. The healthcare center is located directly adjacent to the shopping center of the same name and has good connections to public transport. In addition to the healthcare center, we also have rehabilitation and a reception for Young Mental Health under the same roof. We have a child health center for our listed patients in nearby premises.

About the position

As an administrator, you have a central and important role in our team. The work is both varied and developing, where you handle referrals, scanning, and other administrative tasks. The position also includes providing support in the lab and during sample collection when needed – therefore, we are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant.

You are often the first person our patients meet, which makes your role particularly significant. You function as the hub of the operation and enjoy having a varied workday where service and collaboration are in focus.

About you:

• You enjoy working both independently and in a team
• You are a trained nursing assistant who wants to shift direction to more administrative work
• If you have experience in primary care, it is an advantage
• You feel confident and comfortable in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good work climate
• You actively work on improvement and development proposals for the operation
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Working hours: The working hours are scheduled and vary between 07:00-17:15

Extent: Full-time

Position: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Start date: Start date 2025-11-01 or earlier
