Based on the individual needs and wishes of our placed youths, you provide support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. You work with the youths both in the organization, participate in activities and leisure activities, and attend various meetings concerning the youth. We work with clear schedules for the youths to structure their daily lives. Your tasks vary based on each youth's individual planning and needs. The work also includes chores that are commonly found in a home.
The work includes documentation, incident management, risk assessment, contact with social services and parents. Therefore, you should be comfortable with documentation and have a good command of the Swedish language.
The work is based on scheduled working hours with shifts during the day, evening, weekend, on-call, or awake night.
