• Nursing assistant education – You are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – You master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.
• Fluent in Finnish – You master Finnish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.
• Driving license B – You are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
• Stress-resistant and responsible – You handle pressured situations with calmness and determination.
• Independent – You enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic and attentive – You have a genuine desire to help and understand that each client has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – You are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to clients' needs.
• Meticulous and responsible – You have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will play a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care: Assist with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.
• Social support and conversation: Provide companionship, create security, and give clients the feeling of not being alone.
• Supervision and assistance as needed: Be a support in handling various situations, such as during transfers.
• Practical tasks: Assist with shopping, meals, and other tasks that can facilitate the client's daily life.
• Documentation: Carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.
• Medication delegation: Administer medications according to prescriptions and delegation.

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday.
• Working hours: 07:00 - 15:30.
• Workplace: You will start from our office in Oxelösund, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
• Flexibility: We offer fixed schedules with different working degrees and the possibility for variation.
