We are looking for someone who wants to work in a central customer support role with insight into the entire logistics chain. As a customer support employee at Axess Logistics in Gothenburg, you will have the opportunity to contribute with structure, service, and engagement in a dedicated team where quality and responsibility are in focus.

About the role As a customer support employee, you will handle both incoming and outgoing customer contacts via email and phone. In this role, you will work with issues related to the entire logistics chain, from booking vehicles to delivery to dealers.
Common inquiries include delivery status, bookings, invoices, and payments, but user support in the customer portal is also part of the job. The work takes place in several systems, where you will also work administratively.
Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and curious to understand how the logistics chain connects. You are service-oriented, structured, and enjoy working in systems and handling multiple cases simultaneously. You collaborate well, take initiative, and ensure that tasks are completed.
Basic requirements:
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Passed background check
- We prefer that you have a high school diploma or equivalent, but this is not decisive for the role
It is an advantage if you have experience in similar work or an interest in the automotive or logistics industry.
Practical information: Start: By agreement Location: Gothenburg Scope: Full-time, temporary position for at least 1 year. Good chances for extension.
