Are you a leader who sees opportunities where others see issues? Do you have sales in your blood and Salesforce at your fingertips? We are now looking for a proactive Interim Manager who can transform our customer service into a growth engine over the next 3–4 months.

We are not looking for a caretaker, but a "doer". As our interim head of customer service, your mission is twofold: you will ensure operational delivery of absolute world-class, while also implementing a sales-oriented mindset within the team.

Through your previous sales experience, you know that every support case is an opportunity to strengthen customer loyalty and increase business value. You will own our flows in Salesforce and ensure that the system works for us, not the other way around.

This is the perfect role for you if you love to see quick results. Over the next 3–4 months, you will have the mandate to influence, challenge old truths, and build a bridge between customer service and sales at a company in exciting development.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coach: Inspire the team to deliver world-class service and achieve set goals.
• Business acumen: Identify opportunities for upselling and proactive customer engagement within customer service.
• System optimization: Ensure we fully utilize the power of Salesforce to streamline case management and customer data.
• Process development: Review and refine existing workflows to increase both customer satisfaction and conversion.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to be fearless, structured, and have a solid understanding of how customer service and sales interact.

You also have experience in:

• Leadership in customer service or sales.
• Sales: You have a commercial mindset and are used to working towards KPIs.
• Salesforce: You have previously worked in the system and feel comfortable navigating and administering in the environment.
• Interim consulting: You are accustomed to quickly immersing yourself in new businesses and delivering results immediately.
