In addition to the parts that are included in a salesperson's role, you will also learn and develop in:

  • Leadership and delegation: Together with the sales manager, you lead the daily work at the station and ensure both customer focus and sales.
  • Personnel management and finance: As a deputy sales manager, you support the sales manager in motivating and coaching the station's employees, as well as keeping track of finances and other administrative tasks.
  • The sales manager's mission: If the sales manager is absent, you are the one who steers the station and ensures that operations run smoothly. We support you and provide you with all the keys you need to one day run your own station.

As a Deputy Sales Manager, you will work shifts, and the work hours vary in both length and time of day. This position is a 6-month temporary contract with a chance for extension at 38.25 hours per week. The station is open weekdays from 06:00 - 22:00 and weekends from 08:00 - 22:00. Start date for the position is according to agreement.
