Position: Permanent employment of 32 hours per week, probationary employment applies

Start date: 2026-01-19 or by agreement

Working hours: You will alternate between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

When you work at Willys, you contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You play a key role in providing our customers with the best shopping experience.

Here’s a bit more about the position:

• You are responsible for and participate in the daily operations in the front store.
• You are responsible for sales planning and placing orders for goods for your department and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.
• In the front store, you can work with everything from mail handling to selling games, food, and tobacco.
• You meet lots of customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.

About you

• You love food, people, and sales just as much as we do! For us, it doesn’t matter if you are a vegan or a meat lover, eating tacos on a Friday or a Tuesday. The great thing about you is that you are you. And that’s exactly what we are looking for.
• You are social, outgoing, and a real pro at customer service.
• You have worked for a while in a store/front store and are ready to take the next step in your development.
• You have experience and training in ATG, Svenska Spel, and mail handling.
• You are interested in and enjoy talking about sports, such as horse racing or football.
• Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is an advantage
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
