About the employer:

Steiner Fastigheter AB is a privately owned real estate company managing properties in Kungälv, Stenungsund, Uddevalla, Trollhättan, and Tidaholm.

We are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for a rental agent/property manager to join our current property team of 12 people.

About the job:

In the role of property manager at Steiner Fastigheter, you will be responsible for the entire rental process from termination, advertising to key handover. The role involves mediating residential and commercial properties across our portfolio, which means that some travel may be required.

Our focus is on customer satisfaction and providing a residence/commercial space where people feel comfortable, safe, and want to live/stay.

You will meet potential tenants, conduct viewings, handle applications, and write rental agreements. You will be an important part of the office's daily operations. You will also contribute to tenant communication via app, information boards, and meetings, and be involved in disturbance cases and inspections.

Your profile:

Since the role involves many different economic, technical, and legal aspects, we are looking for a person with the following qualifications:

  • Relevant education in economics/administration/rental law/property management or equivalent at the high school level
  • Desirable: Good understanding of rental law and property economics
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service
  • You are accustomed to working in CRM, business, or case management systems.
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Good computer skills as we work a lot digitally.
  • Desirable with knowledge in web layout/social media marketing.
  • You have a B driver's license
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Other language skills are a plus

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for renting out residential properties, housing supplements, and commercial spaces
  • Handle customer service contact, both physically (office) and digitally (phone)
  • Publish and update available properties on the website and other rental channels
  • Conduct viewings of available apartments/commercial spaces
  • Handle tenant applications
  • Sign rental agreements
  • Receive and register terminations
  • Process subletting
  • Participate in pre-inspections as needed
  • Participate in final inspections as needed
  • Attend tenant meetings
  • Participate in various events, e.g., Open viewings, fairs

A probationary period of 6 months applies.
