To apply for this position, you need to be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience in customer contact, for example in customer service or sales, either over the phone or in-store. If you also have basic knowledge of sales techniques, we see it as a big plus.

As a store salesperson, you will be at the heart of our business – in customer meetings. Opening the doors to the store means stepping right into the pulse. This is where we help our customers get a better subscription, the latest hardware, or fix billing issues. It’s all about removing the everyday distractions so that our customers can focus on what matters in life.

• Provide world-class customer service: You meet customers where they are and create an experience that exceeds expectations.

• Advising: By combining product knowledge and attentiveness, you guide the customer to the right solutions.

• Contribute to campaigns and activities: You stay updated on current offers and contribute to a pleasant and engaging store environment for all visitors.
