We are now looking for a driven Account Manager who wants to work with new customer acquisition, take business responsibility, and eventually have the opportunity to lead their own team.

About the role

As an Account Manager with us, you will primarily work with:

  • New customer acquisition via phone (B2B)

  • Identifying needs, generating interest, and booking/closing deals

  • Managing your pipeline, following up, and building long-term customer relationships

  • Personal responsibility for results – you control your own success

  • Over time: the opportunity to step up to team lead and coach other salespeople

We are looking for someone who

  • Is hungry, goal-oriented, and persistent

  • Enjoys using the phone as their primary tool and likes to connect with new people

  • Is motivated by clear goals, a fast pace, and commission

  • Has a strong desire to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility over time

  • Preferred (but not required): experience in tele-sales, B2B sales, or appointment setting
