At Frauenthal Gnotec Sweden , you will work closely with both processes and people – in a daily routine that is both varied and important. As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in production where technology, problem-solving, and improvement work are in focus. You contribute to projects, develop work methods, and ensure that Frauenthal Gnotec Sweden ’s technical solutions maintain high quality over time. Scope: Full-time Working hours: Daytime Start: As soon as possible or according to agreement About the role As a Production Engineer at Gnotec, you work closely with production and support during process disturbances. You are part of the project team in assigned projects and are responsible for carrying out the parts of the APQP process that belong to production engineering, such as work and packaging instructions.

You participate in preparation work and are responsible for training staff when introducing new or changed work methods, equipment, and routines. The role also involves participating in risk analyses in connection with changes in work methods or new machinery.

You conduct full-scale tests, process verifications, and other technical investigations, as well as follow up and address any deviations. You are responsible for developing and updating instructions, routines, and other technical documentation.

If necessary, you support the quality function with production technical expertise. You are also expected to contribute to knowledge development within processes and technology, as well as work with new and renovation of production lines and associated equipment.

The role also includes preventive occupational safety responsibility for equipment, machines, and construction within your area. You are responsible for ensuring that the company's instructions and guidelines are followed.

In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have:

• High school diploma with a focus on industry or equivalent experience.
• Broad experience in production, production engineering, and maintenance. Understands the product development process and can early identify necessary improvements for a product to be cost-effectively industrialized.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
