Reperio Search is looking for a Business Controller with accounting responsibility for Euroflon. Euroflon AB was founded in 1994 and is today an established supplier of, among other things, PTFE hoses, metal hoses, composite hoses, silicone hoses, rubber hoses, compensators, and thermal protection to customers throughout the Nordic region. Euroflon has customers in several industries such as oil & gas, food, pharmaceuticals, etc. Euroflon is owned by the publicly traded company Indutrade.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Controller with accounting responsibility at Euroflon, you will combine traditional accounting work with business-oriented controller tasks. You will be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements, reporting to the CEO and group, as well as developing the company's financial routines. The role also includes contacts with auditors, banks, and authorities, as well as advising the management team on financial decisions. You will have the opportunity to influence the company's governance and processes, from analysis to improvement work.

Areas of responsibility:

• Own responsibility for bookkeeping, monthly financial statements, and annual reports
• Forecasting and budgeting work as well as analysis of results, profitability, and business plans
• Reporting to the CEO and to the group according to a set timeline
• Advisory support to management on financial matters
• VAT reporting, tax declarations, and handling of accounts receivable and payable
• Development of financial processes and participation in quality and sustainability work
• Overall responsibility for budgeting and purchasing of office supplies, cleaning services, and work clothes

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a university degree in finance and several years of experience in accounting and/or as a controller. You are confident in your skills, have good analytical abilities, and an interest in combining structure with business acumen. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing, and are accustomed to acting in a corporate structure.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and unpretentious. You are curious and driven, have an easy time collaborating, and enjoy taking your own initiatives. Your communicative skills and analytical perspective make you an important support for the business.
