ABOUT THE ROLEWe are now looking for a customer support representative to strengthen our team in Karlstad. You will be an important part of the operation with a good chance of extension.
As a customer support representative, you will be the face of Stena Recycling and responsible for creating a positive experience in every interaction. You will do this by handling incoming inquiries, calls, and emails through the company's case management system. Your goal is to resolve the customer's question on the first contact or, if necessary, refer it to the right colleague and then follow up on the case until the customer is satisfied.
You will also work proactively by contacting customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
Daily, you help customers achieve efficient waste management and develop their business by working with additional services. You see the big picture and identify long-term and sustainable solutions based on the customer's needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in other functions at the branch and have a tight collaboration with your immediate colleagues in the support team. An interest in and understanding of the company's business is an important part of the role. Stena Recycling is constantly striving to develop and improve its routines and working methods, and you are expected to be an active part of this work.
Examples of other tasks you will perform:
- Order placement for incoming deliveries via the business system
- Register new customers in the business system
- Handle and document customer complaints
- Participate and actively contribute to improvement work by gathering insights about the customer's needs and experience
- Work proactively to digitize customers through the customer portal.
To succeed in the role of Customer Support, we see that you are service-oriented and enjoy building and maintaining relationships. You have good communication skills, are attentive in your responses, and do your utmost to create a good customer experience. As a person, you are independent while also being good at collaborating, both with customers and internal colleagues.
Furthermore, you are someone who likes to take ownership and has a good ability to prioritize and create structure in your work. You enjoy working proactively, taking your own initiatives to drive improvements and stay one step ahead. The company operates at a fast pace, in a dynamic and changing environment, so your ability to quickly handle and prioritize tasks is crucial.
QUALIFICATIONS- Completed high school education.
- Previous experience in service and ongoing customer contact as well as working with case management systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driving license B
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience in inside sales
Start: By agreement in September.
Location: The work takes place from the office in Karlstad (Östanvindsgatan 24).
