About the assignment

We are now looking for a Junior Accounts Payable for our client in Huskvarna. You will primarily support their Coupa flow within accounts payable, but also assist in other areas of the AP team's daily operations.

Your tasks:

• Review and verify invoices in Exacto and Coupa

• Handle drafts and rejected invoices and match against purchase orders

• Respond to email inquiries and send reminders

• General support in the daily work of the finance department

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a background in finance/accounting

• Has worked in Coupa and/or Exacto (preferred)

• Is detail-oriented, service-minded, and enjoys a supportive role

• A university degree is a plus

• Is fluent in Swedish and English
