We are now looking for a Production Quality Engineer for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Karlskoga. In this role, you will work to ensure and develop quality management within production, as well as drive improvement work in close collaboration with various departments. Job Description

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring and developing quality management within our client's production. The position involves working with quality deviations in production, which includes investigation, analysis, and improvement actions. The role entails many communication interfaces and close collaboration with, among others, development, production, and supplier quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Relevant higher education or university degree.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in quality management, LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.

You are a responsible and committed person with a natural authority. With an analytical and structured approach, you have the ability to see the big picture and drive processes forward. You are demanding when necessary and appreciate collaboration, which allows you to handle many contact points smoothly. Your strong communication skills contribute to clarity and efficiency in dialogue with others.
