About the Position

The position is organizationally located in the development department, within the Testing function. The testing function employs over 30 people. Here, there is both broad and deep expertise in many areas, where we benefit from each other's experiences and knowledge to develop together and face the challenges we encounter in everyday life.

You will find a free, varied, and stimulating work environment with many technical challenges to meet the high demands placed on our products. Position Description

As a test engineer, you are involved from start to finish and get to be part of the entire refinement chain. We are in an exciting phase with some upcoming development projects where the test engineer has and will have an important role. You work exclusively in project form and can be involved in several parallel projects at the same time. The position includes, among other things:

• Testing and test management.
• Participation in trial and prototype activities.
• Participation in development and delivery projects.
• Some operational support, service, and maintenance at the customer.
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification including fault investigations.
• Demonstration of weapon systems.

You will have a broad network of contacts both externally and internally and a close collaboration with the company's development, production, and marketing functions.

Profile Description

For the position of test engineer, we are looking for someone with a degree in engineering, preferably in automation or electrical engineering, or through work experience equivalent to acquired knowledge. You are a practical person with technical breadth, and we would like to see that you have experience working in project form. You need to be structured and able to work on several parallel projects simultaneously.

For these positions, you need to be comfortable with electrical work and be able to read and understand electrical diagrams. Furthermore, you should be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings. If you also have experience and knowledge in measurement systems and analysis of measurement data and/or defense equipment, it is a merit.

As international contacts and travel are common, you need to be proficient in English both in speech and writing.
