With origins in the defense industry, Nobeli offers its customers with high demands comprehensive solutions in security technology, document management, and payroll. Nobeli also operates and manages the fine and venerable Bofors Hotel. Nobeli was founded in 1999 by current owners BAE Systems Bofors and Saab Dynamics. They are currently growing together with their owners and therefore need to strengthen their operations with several project managers.

Professionals Nord is therefore looking for a Project Manager on behalf of Nobeli. Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Nobeli, you can work from their premises in Karlskoga or Örebro. Together with a competent team, you will take great responsibility in leading and planning customer projects in accordance with established budgets and schedules. You will also be responsible for following up on projects and maintaining contact with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. In the role of project manager, you will work closely with salespeople and supervisors, and an important part of the role is also to support the project team in their daily work, assist in prioritization and planning issues, and follow-up.

We are looking for someone who:

• has previous experience in project management and/or design of security technology solutions. We also see that you can absorb documentation well and have the ability to professionally establish documentation. You have a B driver's license and have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive in the role at Nobeli. The role involves many points of contact and collaboration with different people, which places high demands on your communicative skills. You are structured and meticulous with an eye for detail and have the ability to drive your projects forward, both independently and together with the project team.
