Vacant Position: Electrical Designer at Jakkal Engineering

Jakkal is an engineering company operating in Karlskoga/Örebro, Laxå, Köping, Nyköping, Norrköping/Linköping, and Hässleholm.

We have a knowledgeable team with extensive experience and expertise focusing on production, product, and technology development.

Through our wide range of services, we can offer:

• Competent employees specializing in mechanical design, electrical and automation, production technology, and project management, as well as in other areas of expertise throughout your organization.

The position is a permanent employment and your work area is in the vicinity of Örebro.

Examples of tasks:

• Design of control cabinets.
• Updating existing systems and designing new systems.
• Development of electrical assembly drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Documentation of design plans, specifications, instructions, checklists, and reports.
• Handling documentation via AutoCAD Vault and PDM structure.
• Supporting and contributing to projects and production in connection with construction and commissioning.

Your profile:

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have a relevant education at high school, university, or college level. Or you have built up a relevant vocational education and/or work experience in the field.
• Have previous experience in electrical design/electrical systems.
• Have experience working with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.

Merits:

• Experience with automation systems, PLC, and HMI.
• Experience in project management.
• Competence in telecommunication design.
