Business Controller at Falköpings Mejeri – Located in the heart of Skaraborg

About the role

As a Business Controller, you will be a key person in our finance team responsible for analyzing business results, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing decision support that strengthens both everyday decisions and strategic choices. You will work closely with the operations – from production to management – and contribute to streamlining processes, increasing profitability, and driving improvements.

You will also play an important role in developing our financial tools and working methods to create better transparency and business support throughout the organization.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in financial analysis, monitoring, and operational management Thrives in a role where you collaborate with both management and operational functions Is curious, business-driven, and enjoys transforming numbers into concrete improvement proposals Has good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with business systems Has an interest in food production and sustainability in practice

Falköpings Mejeri is an economic association owned by approximately 200 farmers. The association has 178 active milk producers, of which about thirty are affiliated with the KRAV association.

We have two production sites:

At the production site in Falköping (https://www.facebook.com/falkopings.mejeri), located between the Västgöta mountains, we produce drinking milk and cheese. At the production site in Grådö (https://www.facebook.com/grado.mejeri), located by the Dalälven river in Dalarna, we produce drinking milk, butter, and lactose-free milk drink.

Our subsidiary, Västgöta Mjölkförädling, located in Falköping, produces milk powder.

At our facilities, the milk raw material is 100% Swedish. We care about the entire community, nature, and future generations.
