THIS IS THE ASSIGNMENT

  • Be a present partner to the business As an HR Business Partner, you are part of the business – not a support function on the side. It’s about being close to managers and employees, listening, understanding the everyday life, and seeing how HR can contribute to developing both people and business. You will be part of the Swedish HR team of 7 people, based in Jönköping, and report to the HR Manager Sweden.
  • Support managers in more responsible leadership At FläktGroup, we invest in our leaders – with clear expectations and an internal leadership program as a foundation. Your role is to create security in their assignments: be a sounding board, provide tools, and ensure that managers receive the right support to act with clarity and confidence.
  • Develop the work environment efforts together with the line The responsibility for the work environment lies with our managers – but as an HR BP, you sit on the safety committee and collaborate closely with our EHS Manager based on our work environment certification ISO 45001. Your role then is to help managers in their responsibility by building understanding, following up, and contributing to making work environment issues work in everyday life, not just on paper.
  • Collaborate with trade unions You will have close contacts with our trade union partners, both in matters concerning the work environment, changes, and culture. It’s about building trust, having respectful dialogues, and finding ways forward together – even in difficult situations.
  • Simplify HR support and drive improvements An important part of the assignment is to think new and forward: to be involved in developing processes, materials, and working methods to make it easier to do the right thing. This can involve templates, reports, or internal communication – but the purpose is the same: to create clarity, free up time, and make personnel issues simple for managers in a daily life where much information competes for attention.

THIS IS YOU

  • Experienced HR generalist You have an academic education and at least 5–8 years of experience in broad HR work in a business-oriented role. Over the years, you have worked with both blue-collar and white-collar employees, which has given you a good understanding of different types of organizations and their needs – as well as union collaboration. You have also been involved in driving work environment efforts and know how rules and guidelines should be translated into something that works in practice – where it makes a difference.
  • Business-oriented and development-focused You understand how HR affects the business – and how the business affects HR. That’s why you want to be close to the operations, listen, see patterns, and contribute to solutions that affect the end customer. Clear goals are a driving force, as is getting things done. You enjoy looking ahead, developing working methods, and driving improvements – not for the sake of change, but to create even better results.
  • Clear and confident partner to managers You have worked closely with managers and know what it takes to achieve a functioning collaboration – especially in environments where the everyday life is operational and the pace is high. Through your way of listening and asking questions, you are someone that managers like to turn to – not because you solve everything for them, but because you help them see what needs to be done and how. You support with structure, guidance, and practical tools, but also have the courage to challenge when needed. You know when to step back, when to push – and you do it with respect. This strengthens others and helps them grow in their responsibility.
  • A collaborative person with self-leadership You enjoy thinking together with others, bouncing ideas, and sharing what you know. At the same time, you are an independent person with your own drive – a self-starter who takes initiative and makes things happen. For you, HR is not about being in the spotlight, but about making it easy for others to succeed.
