As a Consultant Manager at Tranpenad, you will have the opportunity to be where the action is; no day is the same. Each day in the role of Consultant Manager brings new challenges! The position is highly varied, consisting of matters related to both personnel and clients while you work results-oriented and solution-focused. You will have your own responsibility for your clients as well as personnel responsibility for your consultants.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding of new consultants
• Daily follow-up with clients and consultants in industrial and production environments
• Personnel planning and care
• Key performance and delivery follow-up
• Personnel administration
• Sales with new and existing clients

For the position of Consultant Manager, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment with many points of contact, often simultaneously. Our clients operate during varying hours of the day, which places high demands on flexibility, prioritization skills, and responsibility on your part. Furthermore, we see that you are confident in your leadership, as you have full personnel responsibility for your consultants.

You will belong to our Trestad/Skaraborg region, which places high demands on independence and communication skills. Travel is included in the position as our region has offices in both Trollhättan and Skara, as well as clients in and around these offices.

Profile we are looking for

• Experience in staffing/personnel planning
• Enjoy working with sales and being a face to our clients
• Have a positive attitude and work results-oriented
• Can structure and allocate your workday effectively
• Enjoy being out where the action is
• Have a valid driver's license (B)
