Are you familiar with Backstage or looking to take the next step in IDP and platform development? Perfect!

We are looking for a senior consultant for a project where you will support internal teams in establishing and further developing a developer platform based on Backstage. The focus is on knowledge transfer, technical guidance, and helping teams take ownership themselves. You will not only build – you will enable.

It doesn't hurt if you are humble, unpretentious, and enjoy working with others. We are looking for someone who makes the complex simple.

5+ years of experience in software development.

Experience with Backstage, or a strong interest in quickly becoming an expert.

Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, and cloud services (Azure).

You are comfortable supporting teams, sharing knowledge, and documenting solutions.

You enjoy working cross-functionally – with both product teams and architects.

Preferred: experience in plugin development, React, TypeScript, or RBAC/onboarding/golden paths.
