We are now helping our client in Gothenburg to find a 1st line support starting on October 1st. In the role of 1st line support, you will work with support for the client's software. The assignment begins with a training period from October to January 2026, during which you will familiarize yourself with their products and routines. After that, you will work closely with a technician on-site in Gothenburg until September. In October, you will work in parallel with the employee returning from parental leave. Personally, we are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, proactive, and can work both independently and in a team. Profile:
- Operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux)
- Scripting (PowerShell)
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with any server application
- Networking and security (Cisco switches & routers, troubleshooting, firewall)
- Fluent in Swedish
Location: Gothenburg, 100% onsite Assignment duration: 2025-10-01 – 2026-10-31 Scope: 100%
