On-site Junior IT Technician at Teleperformance in Gothenburg

As an On-site IT Technician at Teleperformance in Gothenburg, you will work with technical support, user administration, and the operation and maintenance of the IT environment. You will be the first line of contact for our employees and responsible for solving both simple and more advanced technical issues – both on-site and remotely.

The role also includes administrative tasks and participation in development projects related to infrastructure, networks, and telephony. You will work closely with colleagues within TP Nordic and other functions within the organization.

- First point of contact for IT-related incidents and issues via phone and ticketing system.

- Troubleshooting and support for both hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) and software.

- User administration in Active Directory and other systems.

- Ensure that licenses are managed correctly and according to company policies.

- Document changes, routines, and processes within TP IT.

- Contribute to maintaining a modern and secure IT work environment.

- Participate in development projects related to infrastructure, networks, and telephony.

- Participate in security work according to GISP, GDPR, and TP's own security policies.

- Monitor logs and oversee systems.

- Collaborate with other support functions as needed.

Requirements:

- B driver's license. - Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Experience in technical support and user support. - Good experience in administration in Active Directory.

Meritorious:

- Experience with Entra ID. - Experience with Linux server management. - Knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, especially BGP. - Experience with firewall configuration, preferably with Cisco or Palo Alto.

Technically skilled and has a broad interest in IT.

Service-oriented with good communication skills.

Structured, meticulous, and solution-focused.

Accustomed to working independently and prioritizing under time pressure.

Location: Gothenburg (on-site, no remote work) Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period
