We are now looking for a driven and committed person for the role of Regional Manager Stockholm at Serwent - a leader in critical water and sewage infrastructure! 

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop an efficient and profitable business – and take a key role in their continued growth journey where you will have direct personnel responsibility for four team leaders and two transport leaders. You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

As Regional Manager at Serwent, you will play a central role in building a strong, market-leading organization in your area. You lead by inspiring, creating engagement, and building strong teams – always with customer experience and business benefit in focus.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational business in the region with full profit and budget responsibility

• Be responsible for the region's growth, customer relationships, and business development

• Have overall personnel responsibility, including work environment, recruitment, onboarding, and employee conversations

• Be responsible for customers and contracts and actively participate in negotiations and pricing

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations, including work environment responsibility according to delegation

• Represent the company externally and drive customer care activities

• Lead and coordinate the region's management meetings and ensure that decisions are implemented

• Continuously work with follow-up, improvement work, and reporting according to the management system

• Be responsible for ensuring that resources, equipment, and vehicles are used cost-effectively and functionally

• Ensure ongoing invoicing and compliance with the company's financial routines

Qualifications – More about you as a candidate

We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with strong business acumen. You have several years of experience leading in a managerial position, preferably with responsibility for other managers, and are used to working both strategically and operationally. Experience in or related to construction and technical or industrial services, industry, or technical service is considered a plus. You have previously had budget responsibility and are accustomed to developing strong customer relationships over time.

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably with personnel responsibility for other managers
• Preferably experience from related industries; industry or technical service
• Documented experience of budget responsibility
• Very good experience in building and developing customer relationships
• Relevant university degree, preferably a master's degree in engineering or a degree in technology/economics
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Driving license B

Scope and placement

This is a direct recruitment to Serwent, with a 6-month initial probationary period. The position is full-time with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility.
