About the role:

As an inside sales representative at Lundgrens AB, you will play an important role in:

• Supporting our existing customers with orders and technical inquiries, as well as providing quick and accurate information about our products.
• Proactively reaching out to new and old customers and inspiring them to resume cooperation with us.
• Working to identify and understand customer needs in order to offer tailored solutions and contribute to their business success. More information about the role will be provided during the interview.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a few years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales, and within industry, technology, or similar fields.
• Has an understanding of technical industrial products, which is a must.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Conditions for the role

• Location: Gothenburg (on-site)
• Working hours: 8-16.30, Fridays until 15.00
• Scope: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
• Employment form: Permanent (with a 6-month probation period)
• Start: February/March (flexible for the right person)
