The Role:

As a Senior Developer in ServiceNow, you will be a key player in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our clients. You will ensure that technical solutions are of high quality, sustainable, and tailored to the client's operations. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Developer who can take a strategic and operational role in our team deliveries.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure technical quality and best practices in the solutions.
• Act as an advisor to clients regarding technical solutions and platform development.
• Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering with clients.
• Collaborate with process leaders and other roles to ensure holistic solutions.
• Analyze and optimize existing solutions and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in development and implementation within ServiceNow.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and a good understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, or SecOps.
• The ability to lead technical discussions and workshops with clients.
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
